These Terms govern the use of the website at bytewave.pl, operated by ByteWave Sp. z o.o., registered at al. Grunwaldzka 56 lok. 202, 80-241 Gdańsk, Poland, NIP: 9571159313, KRS: 0001040487 (hereinafter: "Provider"). The website is informational and presents the Provider's software development services.
2. Services
The Provider offers the following electronic services free of charge:
- Providing information about services and projects
- Contact via the contact form
- Access to informational materials (references, case studies)
3. Technical Requirements
- Device with internet access
- Up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- JavaScript and cookies enabled
4. Contact Form
Users may submit inquiries via the contact form. Providing data (name, email) is voluntary but necessary for a response. The Provider commits to responding within 2 business days.

All content on the website (texts, graphics, logos, photos, source code) is the property of the Provider or used under appropriate licenses. Copying, modifying, or distributing content without written consent is prohibited.
